Trust Gate — це посередницький сервіс, який допомагає моделям та креаторам знайти перевірені агентства для роботи на платформах OnlyFans, Fansly, Fanvue, MYM та інших суміжних платформах.

Trust Gate не є агентством. Ми не наймаємо моделей, не керуємо акаунтами та не виступаємо стороною у відносинах між моделлю та агентством. Ми виконуємо роль посередника та консультанта.

2. Вікові обмеження

Сервіс призначений виключно для осіб, яким виповнилося 18 років. Використовуючи сайт, ви підтверджуєте, що вам є 18 або більше років. Ми залишаємо за собою право відмовити в обслуговуванні, якщо є підстави вважати, що користувач не досяг повноліття.

3. Що ми робимо

• Перевіряємо агентства за репутацією, умовами співпраці, історією виплат та відгуками моделей.
• Підбираємо агентства відповідно до вашого запиту, досвіду та побажань.
• Супроводжуємо вас протягом 3-6 місяців після початку співпраці з агентством.
• Допомагаємо з переходом до іншого агентства, якщо поточне не підходить.
• Контролюємо дотримання фінансових зобов'язань агентства у межах погоджених умов.

4. Чого ми не робимо

• Не гарантуємо конкретний рівень заробітку.
• Не керуємо вашими акаунтами на платформах.
• Не несемо відповідальності за рішення, які ви приймаєте самостійно після завершення супроводу.
• Не виступаємо юридичним представником моделі або агентства.

5. Фінансова гарантія

Кожне агентство, яке входить до бази Trust Gate, вносить страховий депозит. Ці кошти є гарантійним фондом: якщо агентство не виконує фінансові зобов'язання перед моделлю в межах погоджених умов — Trust Gate компенсує зароблене зі страхового депозиту. Гарантія діє протягом періоду активного супроводу та поширюється на агентства з нашої перевіреної бази.

Гарантія не поширюється на:

• Агентства, знайдені вами самостійно поза сервісом Trust Gate.
• Домовленості, досягнуті без участі Trust Gate.
• Порушення умов з боку моделі.

6. Вартість

Для моделей та креаторів сервіс підбору є безкоштовним. Trust Gate отримує комісію від агентства після успішного підключення моделі. Ви не платите нам за підбір, супровід або заміну агентства.

7. Конфіденційність

Ми поважаємо вашу приватність. Детальна інформація про збір та обробку даних описана в нашій Політиці конфіденційності.

8. Відповідальність

Trust Gate докладає максимум зусиль для перевірки агентств, але не може гарантувати відсутність будь-яких ризиків, пов'язаних зі співпрацею між моделлю та агентством. Ми не несемо відповідальності за:

• Дії або бездіяльність агентства поза межами нашого контролю.
• Зміни в умовах агентства після завершення періоду супроводу.
• Технічні збої платформ (OnlyFans, Fansly, Fanvue, MYM тощо).
• Рішення платформ щодо блокування або обмеження акаунтів.

9. Право на відмову

Trust Gate залишає за собою право відмовити в обслуговуванні без пояснення причин, зокрема якщо є підстави вважати, що запит суперечить нашій політиці або становить загрозу безпеці інших користувачів.

10. Інтелектуальна власність

Всі матеріали на сайті (тексти, дизайн, логотип, графіка) є власністю Trust Gate і захищені законодавством про авторське право. Копіювання або відтворення без письмової згоди заборонено.

11. Зміни до умов

Ми можемо оновлювати ці Умови використання. Актуальна версія завжди доступна на цій сторінці. Продовження користування сервісом після внесення змін означає вашу згоду з оновленими умовами.

These Terms of Use govern your interaction with the Trust Gate website and service. By using our site or contacting us, you agree to these terms.

1. About the Service

Trust Gate is an intermediary service that helps models and creators find verified agencies to work with on OnlyFans, Fansly, Fanvue, MYM, and similar platforms.

Trust Gate is not an agency. We do not hire models, manage accounts, or act as a party in the relationship between a model and an agency. We serve as an intermediary and consultant.

2. Age Restriction

The service is intended exclusively for individuals aged 18 and over. By using the site, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older. We reserve the right to refuse service if there are grounds to believe the user has not reached the age of majority.

3. What We Do

• Vet agencies based on reputation, partnership terms, payout history, and model feedback.
• Match agencies according to your request, experience, and preferences.
• Support you for 3-6 months after you begin working with an agency.
• Help with transitioning to another agency if the current one isn't a good fit.
• Oversee compliance with the agency's financial obligations under agreed terms.

4. What We Don't Do

• We do not guarantee a specific income level.
• We do not manage your accounts on platforms.
• We are not responsible for decisions you make independently after the support period ends.
• We do not act as legal representatives of either the model or the agency.

5. Financial Guarantee

Every agency that joins the Trust Gate database puts down a security deposit. These funds serve as a guarantee fund: if the agency fails to meet its financial obligations to the model under the agreed terms, Trust Gate compensates the earned amount from the security deposit. This guarantee is valid during the active support period and applies to agencies from our vetted database.

The guarantee does not apply to:

• Agencies found by you independently outside of the Trust Gate service.
• Agreements reached without Trust Gate's involvement.
• Violations of terms on the model's part.

6. Cost

The matching service is free for models and creators. Trust Gate earns a commission from the agency after successful onboarding. You do not pay us for matching, support, or agency replacement.

7. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy. Detailed information on data collection and processing is described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Liability

Trust Gate makes every effort to vet agencies but cannot guarantee the complete absence of risks associated with the cooperation between a model and an agency. We are not liable for:

• Actions or inactions of the agency beyond our control.
• Changes in agency terms after the support period ends.
• Technical failures of platforms (OnlyFans, Fansly, Fanvue, MYM, etc.).
• Platform decisions regarding account blocks or restrictions.

9. Right to Refuse

Trust Gate reserves the right to refuse service without explanation, particularly if there are grounds to believe the request contradicts our policies or poses a safety risk to other users.

10. Intellectual Property

All materials on the website (text, design, logo, graphics) are the property of Trust Gate and are protected by copyright law. Copying or reproduction without written consent is prohibited.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use. The current version is always available on this page. Continued use of the service after changes are made constitutes your agreement to the updated terms.
